Myeko values privacy and transparency. The platform is designed to help users build AI-powered digital presences called Ekos using information they choose to provide.

Information We May Collect

Myeko may collect voice recordings, uploaded photos and documents, typed responses and memories, account information, subscription and billing information, AI interaction history, referral activity, and sharing activity.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to build and maintain Ekos, support conversational AI functionality, improve platform performance, provide customer support, maintain account security, operate referral systems, and support institutional access systems.

Third-Party Providers

Myeko may use third-party providers to support platform functionality, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Stripe, AWS, Google services, Hume AI, Deepgram, Cloudflare, Mailgun, and other operational providers.

Institutional Access

Institutional partners do not have access to user conversations, uploaded memories, voice recordings, or Eko interaction content unless explicitly authorized. Institutions may only view high-level operational metrics.

User Ownership

Users retain ownership of uploaded content. Myeko receives a limited operational license to process content as necessary to provide platform functionality.

AI Limitations

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or fabricated details. Myeko does not provide medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice.

Data Retention

Myeko may retain user information as needed to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and improve services. Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups or archival systems.

Security

Myeko uses reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no digital system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Age Restrictions

Myeko is intended for users 18 years or older.

Account Deletion Requests

Users may request account or data deletion by contacting Myeko. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where legally or operationally necessary.
